The room was good sized and newly renovated and with good buffet breakfast, a superb balcony plus extra pillows. The breakfast was cheap with GREAT view, reasonably priced.

Strongly recommend for a weekend respite
Spacious room, delicious breakfast, with a fine view of the beach, made our stay enjoyable and relaxing, complemented by free wi-fi in the room for planning our daily adventures.

Everything was perfect, the packed breakfast was totally worth it. The location was awesome and brilliant, just off taxis, restaurants / markets / nightlife, and a beautiful beach the management. In Pizzeria Dal Pirata, located nearby I had Thai meals....

The room was great with a stunning sea view, and the outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day. I loved hanging out by the poolside and enjoying the beach access—it was such a nice touch. Just a heads up, breakfast was good but could use a few more options to keep things interesting. 🌊

Close to the beach
With the many guests staying there it was very busy during breakfast and one often have to que and the food was often finished before the could bring some more. One battles to find a open chair and umbrella at the pool.

Good location at beach and excellent breakfasts and dinner
Air conditioning system in room not very effective (fat people will overheat). Grumpy hotel personnel in restaurant and swimming pool areas. Please note that we have stayed for 6 nights in a nearby hotel and then moved to Kata Beach Hotel for the last 4 nights in Phuket

Beautiful sunsets and a fantastic swim-up bar highlight the stay. The main pool was shockingly dirty, filled with debris, and not being maintained. An awful ant infestation was in the room, detracting from the overall experience. While the staff were friendly, the hotel needs urgent improvements to upkeep and service.

The hotel is very conveniently located on Kata Beach with a good mix of restaurants and bars close to hand
Like most 4/5 star hotels, it tends to prey on tourists by overcharging for drinks and food, and food was un-authentic and aimed at tourists. Many tourist like an authentic experience, thats why we tour.
